Art-Making and Art-Sharing are fundamental human rights. Access, inclusion & diversity are central to my approach, and I strive to work with artists & organisations on projects that amplify voices, address inequality and promote social justice.

My aim is always to bring good people together, and to foster connections across artforms, projects, ideas, generations & communities.
good industry needs good elders
Mentoring & apprenticeships have been standard practice in the arts for centuries - if we want to better our arts then we should all strive to become good elders. Through working with young & emerging practitioners, I endeavour to pay it forward to the next generation of arts workers, and build bridges from education to industry.
